Contract Agreement for Modified Foreign Language Program — French 111-112-113
During the 3-course sequence of modified classes I agree to the following:
- Adherence to all the requirements as they are delineated in the course syllabus.
- Active and positive participation in class sessions.
- No more than 3 unexcused (non-health related) absences from class or 1 unexcused absence from tutoring sessions per semester.
- Arrival on time for class.
- Weekly meeting with tutor.
- Utilization of other tutoring services, as needed.
- Good communication with professor concerning any issue that interferes with my participation and performance in this class (e.g. attendance problems, difficulty with class work or tests, classroom issues, or personal crises that have an impact on learning).
- Completion of all homework assignments on time. Each ‘cahier’ assignment must be done carefully and completely. Each must be self-corrected wherever there is an asterisk (*) with the Answer Key at the back of the workbook.
- Allocation of two (2) hours of study time for each hour of class time and additional time preparing for exams and quizzes.
- Taking of all quizzes and exams on schedule.
- All work to be handed in for credit will be mine alone. [I will not copy someone else’s work and hand it in as my own.]
I have read and agree to the above conditions for inclusion in this modified foreign language program in French.
